ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:
We are excited to bring in a cacao that can rival the vibrancy of Madagascar chocolate. It comes from Cacao Verapaz, who sources the best fermented and dried cacao from indigenous Maya and other cacao producers in the lush tropical hills of Guatemala.
This bar has a unique acidity that reminds us of clementine. It finishes dry, bringing back memories at mom and dads; enjoying a nice cup of tea sweetened with honey.
- This chocolate is made from cacao beans from Guatemala. The team at Cacao Verapaz centrally ferment and dry the cacao to ensure we receive only the best quality.
